The newly formed "Cottage Brewers" homebrew club is [so far] submitting one entry into the competition. I'm am doing a Pale Lager, done in a traditional sense, but enhanced with some local ingredients! My past club (that I formed), Genesee Labs, won a silver for a Dobblebock!
